You just have to let nature take its course. You cant force it to grow faster.

well if u really want it to grow out to ur shoulders than ya go ahead but if u want my opinion i would let it grow to the middle of ur neck like a surfers hair u know? :D
Oh please don't. I really hate it when a man has long hair, it just screams 70's to me. We're in a new millennium now. No no no no no no no no long hair!!!!!
yes. wait 10-12 months. the hair will do all the work itself
